Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Items must also be returned in their original packaging when applicable.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective or damaged product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the problem is our responsibility, we will cover the appropriate replacement or return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special-order products cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made an error with your order. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, size, model, or weight, please contact us. In most cases, the quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law. Returned merchandise must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
